1. Service Overview

This website is a cross-border retail platform providing product browsing, online ordering, logistics delivery and after-sales support services. By accessing, browsing, registering and placing orders on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all published store policies (including shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy). If you do not accept these terms, please stop using our services immediately.

2. Account & Registration

Users may register an account or place orders as guests. You guarantee that all personal information, shipping address and contact details you submit are true and valid. We shall not be responsible for delivery delays, lost packages or failed delivery caused by incorrect information. Your account is for personal use only and shall not be transferred or sold. All disputes and losses arising from unauthorized account sharing shall be borne by the user.

3. Order & Payment Policy

An order is confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to review, cancel or block abnormal orders, duplicate orders, fraudulent orders, invalid address orders and payment-abnormal orders with full refund. All product prices displayed on the website are product-only prices, excluding international shipping fees, customs duties and local taxes unless free shipping is explicitly stated. Unauthorized chargebacks or order cancellations after payment are prohibited. Malicious chargebacks will result in account restriction and corresponding legal liabilities.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight and shipping region, with the final fee displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $49, which cannot be combined with other promotions. Standard delivery takes 7–20 business days (estimated). Delivery delays caused by international logistics, customs clearance, weather, pandemic or other force majeure events are not compensable. If packages are detained or returned by customs, all additional fees shall be borne by the buyer.

5.  Return & Refund Policy

Standard products support return and refund applications within 30 days after delivery. Products must be brand new, unused, with original tags and intact packaging. Buyers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees and customs duties. Shipped orders only support returns instead of partial refunds. Unshipped orders can be cancelled. No returns or refunds will be accepted for used, damaged, incomplete products or applications exceeding the 30-day after-sales period.

6.  Final Sale Policy

All items marked as Final Sale / Clearance are final. No returns, exchanges, order cancellations or refunds are accepted for final sale products. By placing an order for final sale items, you fully agree to this policy and waive all after-sales rights for such products.

7. Product Description & Images

All product images, sizes, parameters and descriptions are for reference only. Slight color differences and manual measurement errors due to lighting, display devices and manual testing do not constitute quality issues and are not eligible for returns. We strive to ensure accurate product information and reserve the right to correct typing errors and update product details without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, videos, logos and layout designs on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. No copying, reprinting, theft, modification or commercial use is allowed without our written authorization. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities for any infringement behavior.

9.  Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for losses caused by user operational errors, incorrect personal information, third-party logistics issues or force majeure events. We only provide product sales and delivery services and are not responsible for personal or property losses caused by improper use of products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liabilities for indirect losses.

10. Terms Update & Interpretation

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the website without individual notice.
